Mr. Qiao XinDirector and CEO of Seastar
Born in 1963, Chinese nationality, no permanent residence abroad, and master's degree. After graduating from university, Mr. Qiao Xin has successively worked in Wuxi Machine Tool Research Institute and Hokuriku Electric Industry Co., Ltd. Shenzhen Office. He co-founded the Company's predecessor, Shenzhen Seastar Industrial Co., Ltd., in 1998, and is currently the Company's director and CEO, Executive Director of Baihua Technology Development Co., Ltd., Executive Director of Lhasa Guandecheng Technology Development Co., Ltd., Executive Director of Shenzhen East Money Investment Co., Ltd., Chairman and General Manager of Shenzhen Qianhai Seastar Investment and Development Co., Ltd., and Executive Director and General Manager of Wuxi Seastar Electronics Co., Ltd.

Born in 1970, he is an American citizen. He studied science at Missouri State University/CIS, and studied Wharton Fellow at Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. He has successively served as Partner of Premium Consulting Group, Co-founder of Zytalis, COO, AXON’s EVP and Executive Vice President in the United States, HCL’s COO and President of Greater China in Asia Pacific, and General Manager of SAP China Services. He is currently Managing Director of Investment Management Consulting (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. He has been an independent director of the Company since September 2016.
Mr. Ma QijiIndependent Director
Born in 1966, Chinese nationality, no permanent residence abroad, and bachelor’s degree majoring in Applied Mathematics at Qingdao Ocean University (now China Ocean University). He has served as Senior Vice President and COO of Internet Labs, Deputy General Manager of the New Generation Market Monitoring Organization, Senior Vice President of Nielsen Online China, Senior Vice President and CMO of Mutual Help International Technologies Limited. He is currently a director of Beijing Dataway Technology Co., Ltd. and a limited partner of Ningbo Yuchen Equity Investment Management Partnership. He has been an independent director of the Company since December 2015.
Mr. Cao JunboIndependent Director
Born in 1977, Chinese nationality, no permanent residence abroad, and master's degree in International Economic Relations major at China Foreign Affairs University. He used to be Vice President, Chief Analyst and Director of Research Institute of Shanghai Iresearch Market Consulting Co., Ltd., and is currently the Director of Research Department of Baixing Investment Management Co., Ltd. in Ningbo Meishan Bonded Port Area. He has been an independent director of the Company since December 2015.

Since 2007, he has served in the Purchasing Department, Administrative Department and other departments of the Company, and is currently the Director of Administrative Department. From April 16, 2015 to June 20, 2020, Mr. Zeng Huiming served as the staff representative supervisor of the 4th and 5th Board of Supervisors of the Company. He has been Chairman of the 6th Board of Supervisors of the Company since December 21, 2020.
Mr. Bian Jiangtao Supervisors
Born in 1977, Chinese nationality, with no permanent residence, has obtained his bachelor's degree. He once worked in Changsha Shuguang Huasong Electronics Co., Ltd. and Shenzhen Guanmaotong Technology Co., Ltd; In 2005, he joined our company and is currently the manager of the IT Information Department and the supervisor of the sixth board of supervisors.
Ms. Fang BingyuSupervisors
Born in 1976, Han Nationality, Chinese nationality, no permanent residence abroad, and bachelor’s degree. He has served as Assistant Engineer of Zhuhai Multek Electronics Co., Ltd. and ERP System Implementation Engineer of Xinxing County Master Stainless Steel Products Co., Ltd. He joined the Company in June 2004 and is currently the Senior Director of the Company's IT Department. He has been a supervisor of the Company's 6th Board of Supervisors since June 19, 2020.

He joined the Company in June 2009, and served as the Company's Deputy Director of Finance, and Chairman and Supervisor the Company's 6th Board of Supervisors. He has been the Company's Finance Director since December 21, 2020.
